PAYMENT
On receipt of your order, we will send you an invoice for payment. We accept BACS transfers, cheque or you can pay via PayPal with your credit or debit card.
DELIVERY
On receipt of your payment, we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection. You can collect your stone from the quarry or we can deliver it to your chosen address.
All prices are exclusive of haulage charges.
RETURNS
Goods are non-returnable unless faulty. The customer must check the goods on receipt and contact us within three days if a problem is found.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
The customer can cancel their order up to five working days before their delivery or collection date. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing either by email or by post.
